Google Analytics
When someone visits www.yourcall-ltd.co.uk we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. The purpose behind this is to ensure that our website is providing the information our customers require in a way that they find easy to access.
Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about relevant items you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t and won’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Our Contact Form
The information is received directly into our business and is not stored unless we have a need to contact you with reference to a request that you’ve made. We would only share your information received via our contact form after contacting you for explicit agreement to do so and in order to enable us to offer you a service at your request.
Information provided for work requested / completed
This refers to any information provided to us which relates to work from quotation request stage through to completion of required works. This information will be used to enable us to complete the request and requirements as specified between us and the relevant parties. We may use this information subsequently to ensure that you are happy with the service received and also to notify you of any new services that may be of benefit to you. How we share your information
We would only share your information after your consent to be able to offer you a service that you want. The only other time we would share your information would be if we were required to do so by the authorities for a legal reason.
